If accepted, you get the Pro plan free for your first 12 months as a founding member — in exchange for 30 days of real use and two pieces of written feedback — nothing to book, and no call unless you want one. Does applying confirm my place?▾
No. Igor reviews applications personally. We’re recruiting five owners with 2–10 Australian rental properties in this batch of a 20-member cohort. We’ll email you from support@propally.com.au after review. The 12 months of free Pro starts when you’re accepted as a founding member, not when you apply.
What does a founding member actually commit to?▾
Real use on at least one property for 30 days, and two pieces of written feedback — a few lines after your first week, and a wrap-up at the end. Tap Send feedback in the app or reply to our email, whichever suits, so there’s nothing to book. If you’d rather talk it through, just ask and we’ll find 30 minutes. Brutal honesty welcome — that is the point. If none of that happens and we can’t reach you, we may end the free membership early and move the account to the Free plan. You’d keep every property, photo and record you’ve added.
What do I get in return?▾
If accepted, the Pro plan is free for your first 12 months as a founding member (worth $180, covers up to 10 properties and all current modules), with a direct line to the founder and an optional spot on the public founding members page.
My properties are managed by an agent — am I still a fit?▾
Yes — especially you. PropAlly is the owner’s dashboard that works with any agent or none: it reads your agent statements and gives you cash flow, tax and compliance across the whole portfolio. Investors with properties across different agents or states are exactly who we want testing.
